Không chọn whoever vì:

whoever = anyone who

Nếu đưa whoever vào chỗ trống thì sẽ thiếu is:

= Anyone who interested in coaching the little league team may speak with the organizer at extension 213. (sai)

Muốn dùng whoever thì phải có is ở phía sau:

○ Whoever is interested in coaching the little league team may speak with the organizer at extension 213.
= Anyone who is interested in coaching the little league team may speak with the organizer at extension 213. (đúng)

Ta cứ nhớ nguyên tắc là sau whoever hay whatever thì phải có một động từ ở dạng vị ngữ (chia thì hoặc có các trợ động từ can, must, should,…) hoặc là một mệnh đề có chủ ngữ và vị ngữ.
